Carlo Innocenti, owner and master chef of Casa Innocenti, has opened the door of this quaint and charming property to travelers from around the world who are looking for an authentic, truly Tuscan experience far from the hustle and bustle of popular tourist destinations. Here at La Locanda, you will meet and mingle with the Tuscan people, in an authentic Tuscan setting.

Carlo Innocenti has been operating Italian restaurants through out Italy and has been teaching Tuscan cooking in as far away as Switzerland. Aspiring Italian chefs from all over the world come to Carlo to learn first hand Carlo’s traditional Italian recipes, passed on to him by his mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Carlo’s partner Pascale is an amazingly talented Pasta maker. You’ll never buy another box of pasta once she teaches you the secrets of traditional, Tuscan pasta making!

Romeo Innocenti is Carlo’s son, a native son of Tuscany, aspiring sommelier and fine Italian chef in his own right. Romeo specializes in seafood dishes, food and wine pairings, and is also a talented tour guide. Charming, witty, fluent in English, Romeo knows Tuscany like his own back yard, and is guaranteed to make your visit to Tuscany unforgettable.
